Xfinity Series Predictions

The Xfinity season may be the best product every race weekend this season. Let’s take a look at our expert’s picks going into the season.

Playoff Predictions

Brett

The best part of this year’s Xfinity Series playoff push is going to be the new faces in new places. Sam Mayer and Sheldon Creed switched over to Haas Factory Team after spending last year with JR Motorsports and Joe Gibbs Racing respectively. Connor Zilisch, Carson Kvapil, William Sawalich, and Daniel Dye will be competing in their first full-time Xfinity Series seasons. This year is going to be dominated by JR Motorsorts and Richard Childress Racing and will come down to the wire as to which one of their drivers wins the regular season title. Justin Allgaier coming off his first Xfinity Series championship will continue his momentum and win the regular season championship.

James

If you want to learn the next generation of top drivers, be sure to tune into Xfinity this season. This series is littered with drivers touted as “the next guy”. JRM found their way to a championship last season with Allgaier. He’ll be on a path to defend his title but I like those RCR cars just a bit too much in the regular season. Love will find his way to the top with Hill just behind him. Keep an eye on Burton in the 25 this year as well; he showed some raw speed for Wood Brothers at the end of the Cup season and has a great track record in this series.

Championship Four Predictions

Brett

The JRM and RCR domination will not stop all the way to Phoenix. Jesse Love is one of the best prospects in Nascar and will take a massive step forward punching his ticket to Phoenix. As for Allgaier, Hill, and Sam Mayer, they have all been here before and know what it takes to make it to the championship at Phoenix. Regardless of the four drivers who make it to the championship race, this is going to be one of the best Xfinity Series seasons of all-time.

Austin  Hill has been so close yet so far from his first Xfinity Series title, but this year is finally the year he gets it done. He finished 2024 with four wins and 11 Top-10 finishes. He is only going to get better this year with more experience in a top ride.

James

This Final Four is stacked with talent. Similar to the regular season, I think Jesse Love and the 2 team will ultimately come out victorious at Phoenix. Burton and Zilisch making this stage will definitely be impressive and will showcase the greatness of this series. I fully expect this to be the most impressive race of Championship Weekend.
