Georgia State, led by former Gamecock OL Coach Shawn Elliott, has proven they can hang with any team in the country. JMU is officially on upset alert as they head to Atlanta today. Georgia State straight up is the pick here.

Arizona State vs. #18 Utah(-11.5)

Utah is looking to bounce back this week after a tough loss to Oregon. This is the offense that put up 34 two weeks ago against USC. Arizona State is able to score often as well. I like Utah to cover, but I’m rolling with the over in this matchup.

This game sees Iowa, whose offense is ranked 130th in total yards, go against Northwestern who is ranked 119th in total yards. With Iowa’s stout defense, Northwestern will continue to struggle which will turn this game into a battle between the punters. If you are looking to watch a game that is high scoring, definitely do not watch this one Saturday afternoon.

#21 Kansas vs. Iowa State(-2.5) 7:00 PM EST

Kansas is coming off a monumental win against #10 Oklahoma last weekend. Their offense ranks 28th in total yards this season while Iowa State is 101st. Kansas will ride the momentum of last week’s win into this week and win outright.

#5 Washington (-3) vs. #20 USC 7:30 PM EST

USC has been reeling the past few weeks, losing two of their last three with the only win being a 50-49 comeback vs Cal. Washington is near the top, if not at the top of the college football world right now, ranked #5 and leading the Pac-12 conference. Heisman Trophy favorite and Washington quarterback, Michael Penix Jr. will be too much for the USC defense and get a big time win in the LA Memorial Coliseum.

The over/under for this contest is currently set at 55.5. Georgia’s last four contests have all landed over this total and the Bulldogs will be squaring off against the best offense they have seen all season. The Tigers will be on the road, but I expect them to be able to put some points on the board.

#19 UCLA(-2.5) vs. Arizona 10:30 PM EST

This will mark the fifth straight game against a ranked opponent for Arizona, their most recent being an upset victory over Oregon State. UCLA is favored despite being the away team in this contest. The Wildcats seem like the better team at the moment and can secure another win against a ranked opponent.

#15 Notre Dame vs. Clemson 12:00 PM EST

While Notre Dame has had some high-scoring contests, their offense has struggled a bit on the road this year. Clemson on the other hand, has been struggling all season and will go against a tough defense in the Fighting Irish.
